Who We Are
Welcome to Student Tours!
We have been serving New York State Schools for over 40 years. Our founder, my mother Sandy Markin, was an educator and travel expert. Her mission was to give students the best educational travel opportunity at the lowest possible price. My husband Steve and I are following in her footsteps.
I have been involved in travel for over 37 years and Steve has many years working in the College environment. We are both here to make your educational travel worry free and affordable.
Student Tours is unique in that we only work with student groups. Our high volume with our suppliers means lower prices for you. We are now a proud members of SYTA (Student Youth Travel Association). This membership offers you the following benefits: A consumer default protection plan protecting your money in the event of any unforeseen economic circumstances, and as a SYTA Member, we have professional liability insurance protecting our clients against any failure by our suppliers to fulfill their contracts with us. SYTA membership also puts us in contact with a nationwide network of travel professionals and suppliers whose purpose is to make student/youth travel a safe, educational and rewarding experience for students and educators alike.

We employ the services of professional security companies in every destination, and at your hotel, to assure the safety and well being of your students.

We’ll customize a tour package for your students based on what matters to you the most.
Within 1 week after your trip, we will ask for your feedback so that we are assured we are providing you and your students with the best possible experience.
